I want to take the time to personally thank you for stopping by my page. I'm Stephanie and I have put together this blog to talk to you about all things yoga related plus a little more. I am completely new to the world of blogging but promise you I will do my best to provide weekly blog posts and discussions about , well... life, exercise, exercise products, new things I try, and well almost anything when it comes to personal growth and well being.
A little about me, I am a mom, hand therapist/occupational therapist, and most recently a certified yoga instructor. I have so many hobbies I enjoy doing and recently so many more thanks to opening my eyes to mindfulness, yoga, lettering, zentangling and oh so much more. In addition to all of this, I also enjoy kayaking, hiking, and spending time outdoors. However, but like ALL crazy moms...where do I find the time? Somehow, I manage to fit a little bit of everything in there.
The most important thing I have learned (and sadly just learned) is that it is so necessary to take time for me. And I am here to tell you..stop feeling the guilt and make time for you. Even if its a short time to meditate, journal, take a warm bath, or simply just go for a walk with no-one else but you.
So stay tuned for weekly blog posts, for now, and grow with me learning about self care and an entirely new outlook on life.
