A Life of Balance
I am currently practicing yoga instructor and Occupational Therapist looking to provide private or group instruction to all experience level. I am also interested in customizing your practice to the individuals who may have experienced injury and is looking for a safe way to practice. I incorporate physical and mindful practice and can add essential oils to provide full body experience.

YIN YANG YOGA
MIXED CLASS OF FLOW AND YIN YOGA
Mixing popular vinyasa flow to improve cardiovascular component and the benefits of sustained holding of postures performed in yin yoga.
Slow stretching and gentle postures to improve flexibility
This easy flow class is targeting specifically for those who want to improve flexibility at a slower pace. Postures are focus on stretching while incorporating mindfulness.

Join me in a moderately paced class where movement and breathe are coupled to achieve balance between the mind and body.

Restorative yoga is a slow paced practice where you can release tension through slow passive stretching to allow the muscles to deeply relax. This practice uses props such as bolsters, blankets, or blocks to provide support to allow complete relaxation.
Improve flexibility and release toxins
Hot yoga is commonly performed in a room where the temperature is commonly set at 98 degrees which can assist in safely achieving deeper postures, help relax the body, improve breathing, and increase mind focus. Heavy sweating can aide in flushing toxins from the skin.

This class is moderately paced class using high intensity interval training with yoga postures to tone and increase cardiovascular health.
